Mark lives locally with his family and has worked in a local practice since 1986. He has acted for a wide range of clients in all industries with turnovers from £10,000 to £100m, preparing their accounts and giving tax planning advice.
His life long interest in cars and the motor industry has led him to act for a number of motor dealerships. He has also looked after many property based businesses from residential developers to hotels and has been involved in the raising of many millions of pounds for projects.
Mark enjoys planning succession in businesses and believes that by having regular meetings 
and contact with clients, he can be pro-active and make suggestions on how to make and retain more profits.
He has lived in Old Basing for virtually all his life and enjoys spending time with his family, watching football and cycling to keep fit.

Chris has been looking after clients in the agricultural sector for about 25 years. His clients range from small tenanted family farms to the larger estate. Many have diversified greatly over the years in order to maximise their use of resources. This can entail simply letting a property to a family member running a separate business.
As well as providing cost effective annual accounting and tax compliance services to his clients, Chris specialises in tax and succession planning for family businesses. The business structure is particularly important where diversifications take place. He is also very experienced in Capital Tax planning matters including inheritance tax and the use of family trusts.
He was born and bred in East Sussex on the family farm where his 
parents
and one brother still farm today. His other brother farms near Chichester
whilst Chris and his immediate family migrated further west and have lived
near Alton for many years. In his spare time Chris enjoys getting out in
the fresh air with his family and dog either on the land or water.

Kevin joined the practice in 2008 having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 with a local top ten firm.
Kevin acts for a range of different businesses, including individuals, partnerships and limited companies with turnover ranging from £50,000 to £5m. He has experience in dealing with business start ups, preparation of statutory accounts and tax computations, tax planning advice, auditing and sale and purchase of businesses.
He is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of the Institute of Taxation and particularly enjoys the specialist challenge that tax planning for his clients brings. He is keen to use his experience in this area to ensure his clients have pro-active tax advice and tax planning to ensure that they are paying the correct amount of tax.
Kevin has lived in Basingstoke all his life and lives locally with his wife and son. 
He enjoys watching most sports, particularly football, and enjoys running regularly to keep fit.

Chris has been a partner locally for 25 years and has gained a great range of experience in that time. He has acted for many types of business and in particular has looked after many in the building industry and deals with the complexities that the new CIS scheme bring to those clients.
He has extensive knowledge of looking after the UK subsidiaries of overseas parent companies and can provide a full accounting service to those subsidiaries particularly when they start up in the UK.
Chris has run the finances of a large professional practice with over 20
partners and can share 
this
experience with clients who run their own practices.
Chris has lived in Basingstoke most of his life. He enjoys playing golf and has a keen interest in many other sports, although he mostly spectates these days!
